This policy explains how you will receive access to our online software services after your purchase is complete.
After a successful payment (if applicable) or when you sign up with a supported authentication provider, your account and access to purchased features will typically be activated immediately. In some rare cases (payment verification, fraud checks) there may be a short delay while we or our payment provider verify the transaction.
After a purchase you will receive an email receipt at the address associated with your account. The receipt includes order details and instructions for accessing paid features. If you do not receive the receipt within a few minutes, please check spam or junk folders before contacting support.
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7, but occasional maintenance or outages may occur. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. For significant or prolonged outages, we will provide updates via email and our support channels.
If you have trouble accessing your account or paid features:
Deleting your account will terminate your access to paid features and to any data stored in the account (subject to the data retention rules in our Privacy Policy). We will attempt to cancel recurring billing with the payment provider on your behalf, but the provider controls the timing and final disposition of charges and refunds.
