ImpresCV is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our online software services. This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. If you choose to delete your account, we will attempt to cancel any active subscriptions on your behalf; however, the timing and outcome depend on the payment provider’s policies. 2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in limited circumstances. To be eligible for a refund you must submit a request to our support team within 14 days of the original purchase, include your order details, and explain the reason for the request. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the payment processor’s policies.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment once approved.
  • Refunds are not typically offered for recurring subscription renewals unless there is a demonstrable service failure or a special exception is made.

3. Service Issues

If our service is unavailable or unusable for an extended period due to issues on our end, we may offer a partial or full refund, or a pro-rated service credit at our discretion. Please report any major service disruptions to our support team.
